Working principle of dual motion shale shaker

This shale shaker is a new type of multifunctional shale shaker that combines linear motion and balanced elliptical motion as a whole. When two sets of same power vibration motors start at the same time, the shale shaker will run linear motion. When three sets of vibrating motors start at the same time, linear motion and circular motion superimposed to form balanced elliptical motion.

Balanced elliptical motion shale shaker combines the basic advantages of circular motion shale shaker and linear motion shale shaker. The long axis of the ellipse is to strengthen the exclusion of drilling cuttings, and short axis is to promote the drilling fluid to get through the screen. Since the major axis of the ellipse is inclined to the outlet direction of the shale shaker, the motion law in every points is the same, and the transverse amplitude is larger than the vertical amplitude, when used for 3 solid-liquid separation, it will not only improve the transmission speed of drilling cuttings on the screen, but also can reduce the residence time of the solid particles on the screen surface, thus the screen permeation rate can be reduced.
