The function of oil and gas drilling fluid solid control system is control and separate of the drilling fluid, to make drilling fluid can be reused, which is also called drilling mud cleaning system. The solid control system is apply to 2000-7000m oil and gas drilling.
Solid control system is consist of 3 to 7 modular composite tank body. The tank bottom use new cone bottom structure. Between tank and tank, cabin and cabin also can be separated and can be directed to meet the drill working requirements. The whole solid control system has 5 stage cleaning equipment, include shale shaker, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge vacuum degasser, mud agitators and ect.

Oil drilling mud system including following solids control equipment:
1) Shale Shaker for primary solids control 100 microns.
2) Desander for second phase solids control of cuttings 40 microns.
3) Desilter for third phase solids control of cuttings 20 microns.
4) Decanter Centrifuge for the 2-7 microns fine solids separation.
