Mud mixer is to prevent the drilling fluid solid particles in the tank type circulation system, so that the circulating drilling fluid performance is stable, mixed evenly. Horizontal mud mixer is also the drilling fluid mixer usually by the motor, reducer, the base of the mixer, mixing rod and stirring impeller. The speed reducer and the impeller shaft are connected by rigid couplings. The impeller is composed of 4 blades welded. The model is generally based on the size of the motor, and can be divided into: 5.5Kw, 7.5Kw, 11Kw, 22Kw and 15Kw.
The mixing principle of the mud agitator: the impeller can make the drilling fluid to produce the vortex motion, thus enhancing the stirring effect. Clip in the leaves in the middle of the tray can also prevent downtime mud solid particles deposited around the underside of the leaves, used in this way, the utility model can reduce starting precipitates on leaf resistance moment, thus avoiding the starting overload and burn out the motor.
The horizontal mud mixer generally adopts worm gear reducer, while the vertical mud mixer adopts the pin wheel reducer.
The pin wheel reducer is a new type of transmission device which uses the planetary transmission principle, and adopts the new transmission device with the meshing of the teeth. The whole driving device of the pin gear reducer can be divided into three parts: the input part, the deceleration part and the output part.
